This afternoon, I made my very first butterfly cane.  I think it turn out okay but it is not perfect or as I really want it to be.  I know PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.  I will do some more and practice.  The one that I made in blue.  I really do love the colors.  Once it rests and the clay cools,  I will try to put it on something just to see how it works out. 

I have also going to beta test a tutorial on doing faux tortoise shell.  It looks really promising.  I am hoping that it turns out well so that I can add it to my list of faux treatments.

I have one new necklace laid out to string.  I like it better then my first one.  I am not sure if I will have matching anything to go with it.  I figure something out.

I got some alcohol inks to try last night.  I just have to find the information on using them with polymer clay.  I know that I have it somewhere.  I will find it and play with it, althought that may have to wait until next week.
